THE CANTON BOWLS - Limited Series

These bowls are made from highly sought-after old-growth Heart Pine, upcycled from beams and posts that were harvested from renovations at the originally steam powered 1880 “The Knitted Mattress Company Factory” in Canton, Massachusetts. The building currently host a handful of small businesses/craftsman.

On top of the history leson, it’s 300 year old wood being perserved and transformed into functional art.

The bowls from the series are SOLD OUT and no longer available. I am processing the last batch and all of those have been presold. If any are left, like someone changes thier mind, I will post it for sale here.

Please note, these bowls are decorative art pieces and won’t hold the milk for your cereal. This wood has voids from old nails and cracks of it’s previous life. Rest assured the bowls are finished with Danish Oil and are food safe once cured, so the bowls can be used to hold fruit, nuts, or gummy bears if you’d like.
